Brittany Ouzts is a photographer by blood, spending her time documenting what it is to live at altitude in greater Colorado. Along with a heavy passion for the mountains and deep powder, Brittany serves as T&R's in-house photographer and resident hip-hop guru. She at times even attempts to school the rest of the staff in the fine art of carving the slopes, although sometimes this is to greater success than others.

Daniel Evan Garza is a graphic artist living in Denver, Colorado. His hands are frequently busy between art direction, running his own screen printing press, and a healthy diet of freelance work. Currently he is building his portfolio website, and trying to maintain a healthy balance of work and sleep.

Jennifer Bridge is a co-founder of Truth&Rights Collective, and Managing Editor of RootSpeak. Which basically means she gets a lot of grief from certain other individuals in the organization (who shall remain nameless) and is occasionally the voice of reason when the brainstorms get a little intense.

Nicholas M.H. is one of the founders of both RootSpeak and the site's parent publisher, Truth&Rights Collective. Between giving his fellow editors a hard time, he fills the remaining hours of each day with his own writing and excursions into the worlds of media cooperatives and creative consulting for various inspired upstarts.

Tim Zappe is the Lead Web Designer and Code Monkey for RootSpeak, a Truth&Rights Collective Publication. In his day job Tim is a Unix Administrator, which basically means he gets his nerd on. Once upon a time Tim had a website for himself, but these days he simply has a twitter page which never gets updated.
