Labeled as a brainstorming tool to spur new creative tangents, the project is just as fun to sit and watch as it is to use in those brutal moments when you're running the creative-well dry.

monoface With over 759,375 possible Mr. Potato Head-esque combinations, Monoface is the work of Minneapolis-based advertising agency Mono. With a design philosophy centered around the tenants of simplicity and usability, this Flash-centric interactive project allows users to craft absolutely ridiculous facial pairings.

Knowmore.org Knowmore.org is a web-based community dedicated to chronicling and resisting corporate attacks on democracy, worker's rights, fair trade, business ethics and the environment. As a vast database of easily searchable corporate and political info, the site allows the everyday Joe to play an active role in holding corporations accountable for their business practices.

Enter The League of Moveable Type, an "open-source type movement" that hosts the amazing type-faces of some seriously generous and talented typographers.

helveticabomb Assembled by a curious mix of Denver-based web and graphic designers, helveticabomb lets users create photo-captioned images that capture moments and display them to the site's greater community-at-large. As interesting to watch as it is to actively participate, the project encourages all users to both be part of the process and to merely sit back and enjoy the bombs.

The Bad Words Experiment

The Bad Words Experiment Created by The New and Attractive Juveniles, The Bad Words Experiment was a collaborative exhibition which intended for 20+ artists from various backgrounds to interpret the theme "Bad Words" in any way they chose. Originally conceived and approved for funding via Kickstarter.org, the project was hosted earlier this year in Brooklyn.
